Directions: Take one or two tablets in the morning and one or two tables six to eight hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. Cycling Guidelines: Use in cycles that include five days on and two days off per week. Example A: Take four days on and one day off, followed by three days on and one day off, repeat.
